Deposit Policy: We require a 50% payment of total rental to secure a reservation. The balance will be due 30 days before arrival. Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival entitled to 80% refund. Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior entitled to 50% refund. No refunds on cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes. Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased through CSA Travel Protection - www.csatravelprotection.com
