We have a firm max occupancy policy, which includes children.
Deposit Policy: We request a 50% payment of total rental to secure a reservation. The balance will be due 30 days before arrival. Payment in full is due if booking within within 30 days of arrival date.
Legacy Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival entitled to 80% refund. Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior entitled to 50% refund. No refunds on cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
Refunds are not available for no-shows, airline delays/cancellations, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including hurricanes. Unused portions of the reservation are also not refunded.
Travel/Trip Interruption insurance is highly recommended.
Standard check in time is 4:00 and check out time is 11:00. If other guests are not in the condo, we will try to accommodate early arrivals and later departures.
Pets are not allowed.
